Atelier Cerejeira Fontes Architects, along with Mestres Wage and Jose Gigante, won the competition for the project for a subway station in the city of Oslo, Norway.
At the end of November 2017, a planning and design competition was announced for a total of six new metro stations in Oslo, Norway. A total of 85 applications were received from various architecture offices who wanted to attend. After a pre-qualification, 14 offices / teams were invited. The jury worked during the autumn of 2018 to evaluate the proposals received, and finally announced the winners.
Mestres Wåge Architects / Mestres Wåge Arquitects SLP / Imago-Architecture Workshop (Cerejeira Fontes Architects) and José Gigante, were the winners for the Flytårnet (Flytårnet stasjon) station.
